– Operate equipment compatible with our network
– Are ready for interstate travel

Step #3
To ensure a smooth onboarding process, please prepare the following documents:
1. W9 Form: Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification
2. Insurance Certificate: Liability and cargo policies with FasticonLogistics listed as a certificate holder
Step #4
Please sign our Dispatch Agreement, which outlines the terms of our services and includes a Limited Power of Attorney. This authorization enables FasticonLogistics to represent your company in interactions with carriers, shippers, brokers, and other industry parties, allowing us to:
Negotiate rates and terms
Book and manage loads
Handle documentation and communication
Your signature confirms your understanding of the agreement terms and grants us the necessary authority to act on your behalf.
